摘　　要：设计了一种基于PLC的分轮自动装配机控制系统,阐述了该系统的构成和控制原理以及系统的软硬件。将该系统应用到分轮自动装配机的装配中取得了良好的效果,大大提高了分轮自动装配机的生产效率和产品品质,节约了大量的人工成本。In this article a control system for auto assembly of minute hand and gear wheel based on PLC is designed and the principle of this control system, consisting of the hardware and software is introduced. This system runs well in the production improves efficiency and quality of product in the application of this system and reduces the cost of manpower.
