摘 要:本文通过模拟气缸盖水流分布试验,寻找水腔内部的水流死区或弱区,应用简易而实用的皮托管技术测试几种方案加以优化。试验结果表明:在第6缸喷油器水套处水流微弱;通过改进气缸盖局部流场措施及合理改变整体进水孔大小方案,均能达到预期效果。此次试验为解决气缸盖冷却问题、优化其水道结构提供了方案,同时也增加了对气缸盖有关冷却水道设计及内部流场的新认识。Through the contrastive experiments of simulating water flow, the feeble areas of water flow in the cylinder head are found out, and discussed and compared with the several optimized projects by measuring the velocity of water flow in the key places of the water flume with Pitot. The test results indicate that the feeble areas of water flow exist in the sixth cylinder, and they can achieve anticipative effect through strongly improving partial flow field in the cylinder head or reasonably changing all the water inlets. It offers us referenced projects for solving cooling problems and optimizing structure of water flume in the cylinder head, and also affords us new knowledge of water flume design.
