摘　　要：从设计角度讨论了交通监控系统，阐述了其硬件构成、软件功能，以及设计思想。The paper discusses the design of the traffic monitor and control system, describes its hardware structure, function of the software and the design method. At last, the paper simply introduces the way which is to use threads to improve the performance of the real time system.
