摘　　要：干部考察工作是选好用好干部的重要环节,从中央到地方在干部考察任用方面都采取了不少的措施和对策,但干部考察工作无论是在民主推荐、个别谈话、还是在考察内容、方法、程序、时间、过程等方面都还存在一些不容忽视的问题。解决这些问题应当四管齐下:创新民主推荐制度,促使考察关口前移;创新民主考察方式,严格把握考察关口;创新民主考察机制,严格保证考察结果;创新监督制约机制,严厉杜绝不正之风。Cadre examination is an important key to the nomination of competent cadres. All levels in our country have taken many measures and countermeasures to do it well, but some problems exist, we should do the following four things ： 1. Improving the system of democratic operating mechanism ;2. Taking a stricter system of democratic examination ;3. Establishing a new operating mechanism;and4. Establishing a new supervision mechanism.
