和谐社会构建视角下的大学公共性价值重建

摘　　要：构建和谐社会在理论上要优先构建和谐社会结构,而大学以其公共性位于构建和谐社会结构的上位。重建大学公共性价值对构建和谐社会上位结构具有重要的理论和实践意义。我国大学由于历史原因其公共性价值存在外部和内部环境缺陷。大学要担负起构建和谐社会上位结构的责任,就必须从教育体制、教育立法、内部管理体制和大学精神等方面入手重建大学公共性价值。Theoretically, the construction of the framework of a harmonious society is prior to the construction of a harmonious society themeslves, but universities with their public nature are especially so to the construction of the framework of a harmonious society. The reconstruction of public values in universities is of great significance both in theory and in practice to the construction of a harmonious society. Universities should try hard to reconstruct the public values in such aspects as educational system, educational laws, intrinsic management and spirit with a view to being responsible for the construction of a harmonious society.
