摘  要:本文报道了一种全新的常温自交联水基聚氨酯分散体的合成,在羧酸型水基聚氯酯分敏体分子结构中引入位阻型烷氧基硅烷基团,位阻型烷氧基硅烷在中性条件下稳定,而在水基聚氯酯成膜过程中由于中和剂可挥发性有机胺的挥发,体系的pH值下降,位阻型烷氧基硅烷在酸的催化下水解缩台形成交联。本文合成了多个位阻型烷氧基硅烷,并将位阻型烷氧基硅烷引入聚氯酯结构。研究了位阻基团的大小与烷氧基硅烷水解速度的关系。选择台适的位阻基团可以获得贮存稳定,成膜时自交联的水基聚氨酯分散体,这种常温自交联水基聚氯酯分敞体在涂料和粘合剂领域有很好的潜在应用前景。A new kinds of ambient temperature self cross-linking aqueous polyurethane dispersion were reported. Sterically hindered alkoxysilane groups were introduced into carboxylic polyurethane molecules, the carboxylic polyurethanes were neutralized with volatile organic amine such as triethylamine and then dispersed in water to form aqueous dispersions, The sterically hindered alkoxysilane groups were stable in aqueous dispersion, when the aqueous polyurethane dried to form polymer films, the organic amine volatilized with water. The polymer fihn acidified. The sterically hindered alkoxysilane groups hydrolysis under the catalyst of the acid and then condensed to form crosslink bond. This new kind of ambient temperature self crosslinking aqueous polyurethane dispersion may find potential use in coatings and adhesives
