摘　　要：步行商业街是一个城市最富有生命力的场所之一,是城市公共开放空间的重要组成部分。文章以沈阳中街为例,通过实地调研,分析了现状存在的问题,遵循以人为本的原则,对人性化商业街区的若干重要组成因素进行了探讨,以期塑造更加富有魅力和活力的城市商业公共空间。Commercial pedestrian street is not only an important component of urban public open space but also the most vibrant one of the sites. Using Zhongjie, Shenyang as an example, the article is based on the fieldwork, analyzes the present situation and existing problems. The article follows the humanist principle, carries on the positive discussion to the user-friendly commercial block＇s certain important composition factor, molds a richer charm and the vigor urban commercial public space.
