复方大黄软膏的制备及其致敏试验

摘　　要：目的:复方大黄软膏的主药是由中药组成,经纳米级粉碎制得即纳米中药,将其制成软膏,观察软膏的皮肤致敏性,以用于临床。方法:将超声的混匀中药粉末51.7g与羊毛脂34.5g,白凡士林17.5g,丙三醇1.5mL,氮酮3mL,苯甲酸0.25g融合制成复方大黄软膏,然后用所制软膏对家兔进行皮肤致敏试验。将9只家兔分为三组,每组各3只,采用对比方法,观察复方大黄软膏对皮肤的作用。结果:所制复方大黄软膏对家兔皮肤无致敏作用。结论:所制复方大黄软膏具有安全性。Objective：The main part of the compound rhubarb ointment is made of traditionaL chinese medicine,its name is nano chinese medicine. To make it to be ointment to observe the sensitiveness of the ointment on skin so that the compound rhubarb ointmeng can be used in clinical practice. Methods：To mix the ultrasonic main medicine 51.7g, lanolin 34. 5g, white vaselin, glycerol 1.5mL, azone 3mL and benzoic acid 0.25 into compound rhubarb ointment, then use the ointment to pracise the test of the sensitization to the practise rabbits. Divide the nine rabbits into three groups. Eeaeh group incLudes three rabbits,to adopt the composition method to observe the reaction of the ointment on skin. Results： The compound rhubarb ointment has not the sensitization on skin. Conclusion ： The compound rhubarb ointment is safe.
