摘 要:从丹参EST库中筛选到一个胁迫诱导蛋白基因,命名为SmSIP1,其序列全长296 bp,编码80个氨基酸。生物信息学预测表明SmSIP1是一个亲水的,不具有跨膜结构域,包含一个N-端信号肽和多个可能的磷酸化位点的蛋白。实时荧光定量PCR分析显示,SmSIP1在根中的表达量高于茎和叶,并且受ABA和干旱的诱导,推测其可能参与根部的胁迫应答反应。A stress induced gene was selected from EST library of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. The cDNA sequence named SmSIP1 is 296 bp long, encoding a protein of 80 amino acid residues. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the deduced SmSIP1 was a hydrophilic, non-transmembrane protein with a N-terminal signal peptides and several probable phosphorylation sites. Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression pattern of SmSIP1 in different organs of S. miltiorrhiza. The results showed that the expression level of SmSIP1 was higher in the roots than that in the stems or in the leaves. The expression of SmSIP1 could be induced by ABA and drought, which indicated that it might be involved in the stress response of roots.
