摘　　要：现行的建筑承包市场是工程量清单计价模式,业主单位在此市场条件下占有绝对的市场主动权,施工企业为迎合业主单位取标的意向,普遍低价投标以增加中标的机会,甚至于出现了中标价低于成本价的现象。施工企业如何强化成本控制成为项目能否盈利、企业能否持续发展的重要保障。Expecting to win a bid,the units undertaking the construction enter a bid at a low price and meet the intention of business proprietor accepting the bid.In this way, the phenomenon begins to appear in the enterprises that the price of getting a bid is far below that of cost.enterprises strengthening the cost controling is vital so as to make profit.
