摘　　要：目的观察仙人掌、冰片联合高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法取158例经阴道镜、病检除外宫颈癌的宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为2组,一组配合仙人掌、冰片外用,一组单纯使用高频电波刀。比较其术后治愈率及术后并发症发生率。结果联合仙人掌、冰片者,其宫颈糜烂治愈率明显升高,术后阴道出血及阴道排液量明显减少。结论联合仙人掌、冰片治疗可提高宫颈糜烂一次治愈率,减少术后并发症。Objective To study the treatment of cervix erosion by cactic , borneol combined with high frequency electric wave. Methods 158 cases of cervix erosion were divide into two groups： The control group was normal treatment, another treated by using cactic, borneol and combined with high frequency electric wave. The curative effect and postoperative complications were compared. Results The recovery rate of group with combined treatment increased and the colporrhagia, apocenosis reduced obviously. Conclusion High frequency electric wave combined with cereus and borneol to treat cervical erosion can increase cure rate and ruduce the rate of postoperative syndrome.
