儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折132例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合手法复位结合超肘关节小夹板外固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析1998年10月-2008年1月用闭合手法复位结合超肘关节小夹板外固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折132例。结果优96例,占72.73%;良33例,占25%;可3例,占2.27%;无差病例,优良率97.73%,肘内翻畸形2例,占1.52%。结论此法治疗儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折并发症少、疗程短、功能恢复良好、后遗症少,是治疗儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折的理想方法。Objective To study the clinical effects of occlusive replacement plus the small splint external fixation over elbow joint treatments on supracondylar fracture in straightened humerus in children. Methods This article summarize the treatments in 132 children cases of humeral supracondylar fracture from 1998 to 2008. They were all treated with occlusive replacement plus the small splint external fixation over elbow joint. Results 96 elbows（72.73% ） were rated as excellent, 33 （25%） as good, 3 （2.27） as effect, and no poor.The excellent and good rate of the cases was 97.73%. 2 cases （1.52%） had cubitus varns. Conclusion This treatment to humeral supracondylar fracture in childern has little complication and sequela, short course and good functional recovery. It＇s a good method to treat children supracondylar fracture in straightened humerus.
