摘　　要：目的总结LA经验。方法回顾分析我院2006年9月-2008年1月间施行LA治疗急性阑尾炎的临床资料,其中单纯性阑尾炎12例,化脓性阑尾炎58例,坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎11例,阑尾周围脓肿1例。结果成功完成LA81例,中转开腹1例,手术时间35 min^60 min,平均时间46.5 min,术中出血5~10 ml。本组患者无1例出现切口感染、肠粘连、肠管损伤、粪瘘的情况。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术对治疗急性阑尾炎的效果是满意的。Objective To summarize the experiences of laparoscopic appendectomy （LA）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical date of 82 cases of appendicitis treated with laparoscopic appendetectomy in this hospital from September 2006 to January 2008.There were 12 cases of simple appendicitis, 58 cases of suppurative appendicitis, 11 cases of gangrene and perforation appendicitis, 1 case of periappendiceal abscess. Results The procedure was successfully accomplihed in 81 cases,while conversions to open surgery was performed in 1 case. The operative duration was 35 min-60 min, mean 46.5 min, and the intraoperative blood loss was 5-10 ml. No infection of incisional wound,ankylenteron,intestinal injury and fecal fistula happened. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is safe and effective for treatment of acute appendicitis.
