摘　　要：系统由巡视周期、巡视计划、巡视任务单管理构成,可实现设备巡视到位情况监测、巡视时设备运行状态监测、以及对设备状态的管理。系统的操作界面和功能模块采用.NET开发环境,数据库采用OR-ACLE9.0。系统具有设计合理、操作简单、功能完备、运行稳定、可扩展等特点,能有效地提高巡视质量。The management information system of patrolling and checking for substation equipment can strengthen the management of the running characteristic of substation equipments and operation workers. The system, which is composed of the patrolling and checking period, patrolling and checking plan and patrolling and checking assignment management, can achieve the function of reaching the designated position patrolling and checking for equipments, and checking and management of the equipments status at the time. All the operation interfaces and the function modules of the system adopt. NET development environment, and the database server uses ORACLE9.0 development tool. The patrolling and checking system has the characteristics of reasonable design, simple operation, consummate function, stable operation and be easy to expand and so on. It can improve the quality of patrolling and checking effectively.
