摘　　要：目的分析杀虫双中毒机制,探讨抢救成功措施。方法对21例口服杀虫双中毒的抢救进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者经严密监测,及时得当抢救全部痊愈。结论杀虫双中毒致死主要原因为呼吸肌麻痹而衰竭,但这类作用是可逆的,抢救及时得当可完全痊愈。Objective Analyze Shachongshuang poisoning mechanism and try to find successful solution. Methods Retrospectively analyze the treatment of 21 cases of patients with respiration ceases caused by Shachongshuang poisoning.Results 21 cases patients got recovered after inspection strictly and getting first aid timely and properly.Conclusion Main death reason caused by Shachongshuang poisoning was breathing muscle anaesthesia causing body failure, but this effect is reversible, it can be completely recovered if first aid is timely.
