摘　　要：校园软文化包括制度文化、行为文化、观念文化等内容,是校园文化的核心。高职院校软文化的建设应以培养学生的敬业精神为重点,统筹兼顾,内外结合,虚实并重,逐步推进。The soft culture of a college, including system culture, behavior culture, and attitudes culture and so on, is the core of the campus culture. The key point for HVE cultivation of soft culture should be focused on the development of students＇ spirits of professional dedication.
