摘　　要：目的对原发性肾病综合征患者进行系统的健康教育,从而提高疾病的治疗缓解率、降低疾病的复发率。方法对一定时期的原发性肾病综合征患者进行健康教育,包括疾病知识、预防治疗知识、护理条例知识、心理辅导。结果健康教育的患者治疗缓解率高于未进行健康教育的患者,而且降低疾病复发率。结论原发性肾病综合征患者进行系统的健康教育,提高对诊疗的依从性和能动性,达到减少病情复发,提高治愈率的目的。Objective Health education should be given to the primary nephrotic syndrome patients to improve the rate of remission and lower the rate of recurrence.Methods The patients learned health education, including knowledge of the disease, prevention and treatment knowledge,knowledge grapple with the care and psychological counseling during some certain period.Results The remission rate of the patients after health education was higher than that of patients without health education, the rate of recurrence of the patients reduced after health education.Conclusion The primary nephrotic syndrome patients improved the compliance and the initiative, reduced the recurrence, improved the cure rate after health education.
