复方百部止咳颗粒薄层色谱研究

摘　　要：目的为复方百部止咳颗粒的制剂质量控制提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法对复方百部止咳颗粒中的桑白皮、知母、天南星(制)、枳壳(炒)进行了定性鉴别。结果桑白皮、知母、天南星(制)、枳壳(炒)的薄层鉴别专属性强,结果满意,阴性对照无干扰。结论本方法简单、可行,对控制复方百部止咳颗粒制剂的质量具有实际意义。Objective To provide foundation for the quality control of Fufang Baibu Zhike granules. Methods TLC was employed to make qualitative analysis of Cotex Moil, Rhizoma Anemarrhenac,Rhizoma Arisaematis and Fructus Aurantii in Fufang Baibu Zhike granules. Results TLC had a strong specificity and the spots were clear without interference in the blank reference. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable with a strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Baibu Zhike granules.
