米力农在婴儿先天性心脏病手术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨米力农在婴儿室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压心脏手术后防治低心排出量综合征(低心排)的疗效。方法将室间隔缺损修补术后的婴儿随机分成米力农组与对照组(多巴酚丁胺组),分别静脉泵入米力农与多巴酚丁胺治疗。观察2组病例的mBP、HR、CVP、UV、DD、TACR、MVT、ICUST等项目。结果其中mBP、UV、TACR2组无明显差异,而HR、CVP、DD、MVT、ICUST等项目2组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论米力农防治婴儿室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压手术后低心排有确切疗效。Objective To investigate the role of milrinone in postoperative prevention and cure of low cardiac output for infant heart defect with pulmonary artery hypertension.Methods After cadiac surgery, total 112 infants were randomly divided into milrinone group（56 cases）and control group（56 cases ）.Milrinone was intravenously used in milrinone group by micro-pump and dobutamine was used in control group.Mean radio-artery blood pressure （mBP）, heart rate （HR）, central venous pressure （ CVP ）, urine volume （ UV ）, diuretic dose （ DD ）, tachyarrhythmia case ratio （TACR）, mechanical ventilation time （MVT）and intensive care unit stay time （ICUST）were observed in both groups.Results The values of mBP, UV and TACR of both groups were similar. There were significant differences in HR, CVP, DD, MVT and ICUST between two groups（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Milrinone had certain effect in postoperative prevention and cure of low cardiac output for infant heart defect with pulmonary artery hypertension.
