HPLC测定穿黄消炎胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定穿黄消炎胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法:采用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(55∶45),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:脱水穿心莲内酯在0.3～6.0μg线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=0.79%(n=6)。结论:本方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for determination of 14-deoxy-11, 12-didehydroandrographolide by HPLC in Chuanhuang Xiaoyan capsules. Methods： The condition of HPLC was ZORBAX SB-Clscolumn（4. 6 4.6mm×250nm,5μm） with methanol-water（55：45） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 250nm. Results： The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 3 -6. 0μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 7. The coverage recovery was 98.76% and the RSD was 0. 79%. Conclusion： The method shows good separating result, accuracy and reproducibility, and it can be used for the quality control of Chuanhuang Xiaoyan Capsules.
