摘　　要：农村行政管理是国家行政管理的重要组成部分，它对于维护农村稳定，促进农村整体进步和发展、建构和谐的社会主义新农村，起着特别重大的作用。农村行政管理的内容十分丰富和复杂，本文拟就目前农村行政管理中的几个重要问题略作分析和探讨。The public administration in village is an important component in the whole country. It plays a great role in keeping the stability of village, improving the whole progress and development of village and constructing the harmonious socialism new village. The content of public administration in village is abundant and complex very much, and this paper just analyzes and discusses several important problems on public administration in village.
