摘　　要：在和谐文化建设的过程中,女子高校应致力于构建先进性别文化。因为先进性别文化与和谐文化具有内在统一性,构建先进性别文化是和谐文化建设的必不可少的内容。在先进性别文化的构建中,女子高校要切实担负着引领先进性别文化、传播先进性别文化、创新先进性别文化的使命,从而促进和谐文化建设。During the construction process of harmonious culture, the women university should be work for advanced sex culrure, which is the necessary coment of haromonious cultural construction. Because of the inner unity of the advanced sex culture and haromonious culture. The women university shold be taking on lead, spread and create advanced sex culture and promoting haromonious cultural construction while constructing advanced sex culture.
