摘　　要：马克思分析资本主义商品经济所揭示的平均利润规律的一般原理,对社会主义市场经济的运行有其重要的现实指导意义。中国在十一届三中全会前,农村经济发展缓慢,存在较为严重的城乡差别,否定平均利润规律的存在,没有尊重平均利润规律是重要原因之一。在现实生活中,按照平均利润规律的要求,促进农村经济的发展,我们仍然需要进一步深化相关的改革。Marx analyzed capitalism economy and unveiled the law of average profit, it has great meaning for socialism market economy. Before our country side economy existed serious the difference of town and country, negated the law of average profit is the one serious reason. We must according the law of average profit and promoted development of countryside economy, and need forward interrelated reformation.
