摘　　要：20世纪90年代初期的房地产泡沫,给广西北海市留下了大批停缓建工程。2003年4月开始,北海市正式拉开全面处置停缓建工程的序幕。此类停缓建工程往往存在质量缺陷,文章对此类工程的楼板加固提出了一些具体实用的施工技术及措施。The real estaie bubbles in the 1990s have witnessed many a stopped or postponed projects in Beihai City, Guangxi. Since April 2003, a campaign has been launched to reconstruct the stopped or postponed projects. And yet, the projects are often flawed in quality, so the article provides practical and concrete job practice techniques to reinforce the concrete floor of these buildings.
