摘　　要：著名的教育家黄炎培不仅是我国职业教育的奠基人，也是我国职业指导理论的创建者和践行者。这主要体现在他明确了职业指导重要性、确立了职业指导任务，将国外职业指导理论与中国具体实践相结合、创建了本土化职业发展理论，以大职业教育思想为指导、系统化构建职业指导体系等方面。当代深入学习、研究和借鉴黄炎培职业指导理论对我国进行职业指导理论研究和实践工作都具有极其重要价值.The famous educationist Huang Yanpei is not only founder about Vocational education in china, but also creator and practitioner about theory of vocational guidance. It embodies as follows： He had attached importance to vocational guidance and made clear its task; He had learned form foreign theory of vocational guidance and created Chinese native theory of vocational guidance; He had constructed system of the theory of vocational guidance under the thought of big vocational education. It is very important to study and reference Huang Yanpei＇s theory about vocational guidance in modem china.
