浅析新形势下黑龙江省外向型农业的发展

摘　　要：新形势下，发展外向型农业，实施农业“走出去”是推动黑龙江省现代农业发展的一个大战略。黑龙江农业“走出去”有着得天独厚的资源优势、地缘优势和产业基础优势，目前成效突出，但也面临着诸多亟待解决的问题和制约因素。本文基于此提出了推进黑龙江农业向“外、优、深、高、精、强、广、稳”走的相应对策建议。Putting agriculture ＂going global＂ into practice is a great strategy to promote the modern agricutturai development of Heilongjiang province. Heilongjiang has unique advantages of resources, location and industry base to carry out ＂going global＂ strategy and has made outstanding effect. While it is confronted with many problems demanding prompt solution at the meanwhile. The paper put ：forward the countermeasures of advancing its ~urther development accordingly.
