对我国贯彻落实科学发展观的制度思考

摘　　要：科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的指导方针。但从全国来看，自从党的十六届三中全会提出科学发展观以来，各地贯彻落实科学发展观的情况与科学发展观的要求仍存在较大差距。本文指出了我国当前不符合科学发展观的突出表现，剖析了其原因，从制度层面提出了贯彻落实科学发展观的一些建议。The science development view is the directive which our country economic society develops. But looked from the nation,since party＇s 16 session of Third Session proposed the science development view, each plaee has implemented the realization science development view the situation and the science development view request still has the big disparity. This article had pointed out our country current does not conform to the science development view prominent performance,analyzed its reason,put forward implementation realization science development view some proposals from the system stratification plane.
