摘　　要：本文介绍Intel公司x86系列微处理器的最新成员─—PentiumⅡ微处理器的体系结构，包括PentiumⅡ的结构特征、内部功能单元结构、Cache结构设计等，并重点介绍PentiumⅡ的超标量流水线设计以及指令在流水线中的执行过程。The architecture of Pentium Ⅱ microprocessor,which is the newest member of Intel's x86 series, is introduced from the following aspects: the architecture features, the structure of internal functional units, the design of Caches, the design of superscalar pipelines, and how the instructions are executed along the pipelines.
