摘　　要：基于创业社会网络理论,以西安高新区创业服务中心为案例,分析并阐明了技术企业孵化器创业社会网络的构建机制与作用模式。结果表明,技术企业孵化器通过创业孵化服务体系和共享平台形成创业社会网络,对促进创业企业持续成长起到了社会资本集聚作用。On the basis of entrepreneurial social network theory and case study of Xi＇an pioneering science and technology venture center, the research analyzed and clarify the function mode and conformation mechanism of technology business incubator entrepreneurial social network. And the research pointed out that technology business incubator constructde the entrepreneurial social network through incubator service system and shared flat base, in which it centralized social capital for the growth of high-tecb new venture.
