摘 要:以煤沥青为原料、三聚甲醛为交联剂,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下合成缩合多环多核芳香烃(COPNA)树脂。采用FT-IR和H-NMR研究其反应机理;采用TG研究了COPNA树脂的热行为。研究表明,煤沥青能与三聚甲醛合成COPNA树脂,其反应机理为酸催化下的阳离子型缩聚反应;相对于原料煤沥青,COPNA树脂具有较高的耐热性、炭收率和β树脂含量。将COPNA树脂与石墨复合,并考察了焙烧温度和COPNA树脂含量对复合材料的体积密度、硬度、抗折强度和电阻率的影响。The condensed polynuclear aromatic (COPNA)resin was synthesized by using coal tar pitch as monomer and trioxane as cross--linking agent in the presence of P--toluene sulfonic acid. Reaction mechanism was studied by means of FT--IR and H--NMR. TG was employed to study the thermal behavior of COPNA resin. The results show that coal tar pitch and trioxane can he used to synthesize COPNA resin. Its reaction mechanism is a positive ion--typed condensation polymerization catalyzed by acid. Compared with coal tar pitch,the COPNA resin possesses good thermo--stahility,high coke value,and more content of β resin. The composite material was preparaed by COPNA resin and graphite powder. The effects of roasting temperature and the content of COPNA resin on the volume density,hardness,bending strength,and electrical resistivity were also investigated.
