摘 要:以超细焦炭粉和球形石墨为原料,以CJF-43和FB为粘结剂,通过特定工艺制备高密度高强度炭素材料。测试其体积密度、抗压强度、电阻率、肖氏硬度等性能,研究树脂种类及含量、细颗粒含量、球形石墨的含量、成型压力对其性能的影响。结果表明,FB的粘结效果好;随着球形石墨含量的增加,样品密度提高,机械强度降低;随着细颗粒的增加,样品的密度和硬度提高;其他工艺条件不变,在100MPa下样品的成型效果好。High--density high--intensity carbon materials were prepared through speelhc process with coke and spherical graphite as raw materials and CJF-43 and FB as additive. The bulk density,compressive strength, bending strength, resistivity, and hardness of homemade materials were tested. The effects of types and content of resin, content of fine particles, spherical graphite content, and molding pressure on performance of homemade materials were investigated. The results showed that the bonding effect of FB was better than CJF - 43 , with the content of graphite increasing,samples density increased,but its mechanical strength decreased, with the increase of fine particles, both density and mechanical strength of samples increased. The forming effect of the samples was best under 100MPa and other technical conditions unchanged.
