航空炭刹车副用抗氧化涂层的性能研究

摘  要:研制了一种以磷酸、磷酸盐、硼化物等为原料的磷酸盐涂料,并对这种涂料的抗氧化性能进行了研究。结果表明:在700℃氧化30h后,涂覆有磷酸盐涂料的涂层试样其氧化失重率仅为1.76%;经过900℃、3min室温、2min30次和1 100℃、3min室温、2min10次连续热震后,涂层试样的氧化失重率为1.97%,氧化速率为1.08×10-6g.cm-2.s-1。SEM观察结果显示氧化后涂层仍然保持完好,没有脱落,说明该涂层与试样的结合性能以及热稳定性能良好,适合作为航空炭刹车副的抗氧化涂料。A modified phosphatic coating on carbon--carbon composites used for aircraft brakes was prepared from phosphoric acid,phosphate,boride,and so on. In order to studey the properties of the modified coating, a ceramic coating which principally consisted f silicium and boron and a unmodified phosphatic coating were also investigated as contrastive experimentations. Results show that carbon--carbon composites with modified phosphatic coating had a weight loss ratio as low as 1.76% at 700℃ for 30h in atmosphere. Moreover,the weight loss ratio of the modified phosphatic coating subject to thermal shock circulated in air from 900℃ ,3rain to room temperature,2min for 30 times and from 1 100℃ 3min to room tem- perature,2min for 10 times was 1.97%,which indicates that the modified phosphatic coating can provide excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance and be applied to the protection of carbon--carbon composite5 for aircraft brakes.
