摘  要:针对钢结构斜拉桥索梁锚固区域焊接应力较为集中的特点,以重庆江津观音岩大桥索梁锚固区域为研究对象,制作了三个足尺比例的试件,对锚拉板区域相关焊缝的残余应力进行试验研究。结果表明,锚拉板区域各条主要焊缝都不同程度地存在着焊接残余应力,局部地方接近屈服强度。研究分析了锚拉板区域各类焊缝的残余应力特征、分布规律、产生原因及影响因素,并提出相关的意见和建议,为同类桥梁索梁锚固区域的设计和制作提供科学的依据。In order to research the distribution of welding residual stress of anchorage area of tensile anchor plates, three full-scale representative models of joint in the tensile anchor plate and cable-beam of Guanyinyan Bridge are made. The results of the test show that there are different degrees of welding residual stress in main welding lines and some are close to yield strength. Through furthermore research and analysis, the characteristics, distribution rules, causes and influential factors of welding residual stress of anchorage area, as well as corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward. The study also provides us a lot of reliable referential data for decreasing and avoiding welding residual stress in designing and manufacturing similar structural bridges.
