综合经济发展力的省际比较——以陕西为例

摘　　要：文章选取相应指标,构建了以经济实力、经济活力、经济辐射力和可持续发展力为构成要素的综合经济发展力评价指标体系。并运用其对陕西省的经济发展能力进行了省际比较和聚类分析,揭示出了陕西省经济发展的突出特点是优势资源,但经济发展力的各构成要素之间的发展不平衡,影响了资源优势向竞争优势的转化,进而在此基础上提出了一些对策和建议。This paper selected appropriate indicators, constructed an evaluation index system of the economic development ability, the system includes four integrated elements： economic strength, economic vitality, economic radial ability and the sustainable development ability. On this system, we made an provincial comparison and cluster analysis on the comprehensive economic development ability of Shanxi, it revealed that the feature of Shanxi economic development is its prominent advantages and the unbalance economic development which affecting the conversion of resource advantages to competitive advantages. Then, on this basis, we mentioned some and suggestions
