摘 要:在微波辐射下,以浓H2SO4为催化剂、α-萘乙酸和甲醇为原料合成α-萘乙酸甲酯。考察了微波辐射时间、醇酸比、催化剂用量对α-萘乙酸甲酯产率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳实验条件为:微波辐射时间4.5 min(功率700W),醇酸物质的量比10∶1,催化剂为总质量的9.2%,产率为94.4%。探讨了微波辅助下,酯化反应的可能机理。Methyl α-naphthylacetate was synthesized by the esterification of α-naphthylacetic acid and methanol and catalyzed by sulfuric acid using the irradiation of microwave.The influences of microwave irradiation time,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid and the amount of catalyst were studied.The experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: microwave irradiation time(power 700W) was 4.5 min,molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 10∶1 and amount of catalyst was 9.2% of gross weight,the yield of methyl α-naphthylacetate was 94.4%.
