摘  要:【目的】通过对干旱胁迫下小麦代换系多项生理指标的研究,鉴定其抗旱性基因型。【方法】以小麦CS-Synthetic 6x整套染色体代换系及其亲本为材料,对其在不同水分处理条件下叶片相对电导率、K+相对渗透率、游离脯氨酸、蛋白质含量、相对含水量(RWC)、离体叶片失水速率(RWL)、SOD活性、POD活性、丙二醛含量、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量、光合速率、水分利用效率(WUE)、PSⅡ的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)等生理指标进行测定,以各项指标的抗旱系数作为衡量抗旱性的指标,利用主成分分析、聚类分析对其抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】将15个单项生理指标综合成为6个相互独立的综合指标;并通过聚类分析将23个基因型划分为3类:1A、3A、2D、4D代换系及其父本Synthetic 6x属高度抗旱类型;2A、4A、4B、1D、3D代换系属于中度抗旱类型;其余12个代换系(5A、6A、7A、1B、2B、3B、5B、6B、7B、5D、6D、7D代换系)以及中国春属于不抗旱类型。【结论】本研究通过主成分分析和聚类分析,对21个代换系及其亲本的抗旱性进行了分类和评价,以期为小麦抗旱品种选育探索一条实用的鉴别途径。[ Objective ] The physiological indices of substitution lines under different water treatments were studied to select species of the drought-resistance. [Method] The drought comprehensive resistance of drought resistant coefficient (DRC) of relative electric conductivity, relative leakage of K^+, proline content, protein content, RWC, RWL, SOD activity, POD activity, MDA content, leaf chlorophyll content, corticoid content, Pn, WUE, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo of Chinese Spring (CS) - Synthetic 6x substitution lines as well as their parents were evaluated by principal components analysis and cluster analysis. [Result] The results showed that the 15 single indexes could be classified into 6 independent comprehensive components. The cluster analysis was used to divide 21 substitution lines and their parents into three kinds of drought- resistant type. 1A, 3A, 2D, 4D substitution lines and Synthetic 6x belonged to high drought resistance type; 2A, 4A, 4B and 1D substitution lines belonged to middle drought resistance type; The others including 5A, 6A, 7A, 1B, 2B, 3B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 5D, 6D, 7D substitution lines and Chinese Spring belonged to poor drought resistance type. [Conclusion] The comprehensive evaluation and principal component analysis has provided a useful way for selecting species of drought resistant in wheat.
