摘 要:目的探讨高压氧对高原移居青年体力作业效率的影响。方法将进驻海拔3 700 m半年的20名健康青年随机分为两组,每组10人。分别采用高压氧前(对照组)和高压氧2次(A组)及5次(B组)后第2天和第8天进行自身对比运动负荷实验。受试者用EGM型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动。初始负荷功率50W,每3 min递增50W,以60 r/min连续踏车至200 W3 min后终止。用直线回归法计算每位受试者运动心率达170次/min时机体所做的功(PWC170)和运动功率90 W时的心率(HR90W),记录功率200W时的肺通气量及血氧饱和度(SaO2),计算心功能指数。结果两组高压氧组较对照组PWC170、SaO2及心功能指数均增高(P<0.01);HR90W、肺通气量降低(P<0.01),且其效率能保持1周。结论高压氧能明显提高高原移居青年的体力作业效率。Objective To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on physical work efficiency at high altitude. Methods Twenty youths acclimatized the altitude of 3,700 meters for half a year were randomly assigned into Group A ( n = 10, HBO for twice) and Group B ( n = 10, HBO for 5 times). EGM efficiency-bicycle was pedaled ( initial load 25W with an increase 50W per 3 minutes to exhaustion) before ( control group) and after HBO for 2 and 8 days, and then their heart rate (HR) and arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) at 200 W were calculated using linear regression. Results Compared with the control group, PWC170 ,SaO2 and heart function index were increased but HRgow and pulmonary ventilation volume were degraded significantly in both the HBO groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen can improve work efficiency in youths at high altitude.
