摘　　要：目的观察口腔咬合块在洁治护理中辅助张口的应用效果。方法应用咬合块为100例需要洁治的患者进行护理,对其使用效果进行问卷调查。结果使用咬合块后,洁治中患者持续张口困难改善,关节、肌肉放松。结论咬合块适用于洁治中辅助张口的护理。Objective To observe the application outcomes of bite block in oral care and clean governance in support of opening mouth. Methods Bite blocks were applied to 100 patients who needed oral care and clean governance. The outcomes were surveyed via questionnaire. Results Their difficulties in opening mouth were improved after the use of bite blocks, and the joints and the muscles were relaxed. Conclusion Bite block is appropriate to clean governance in auxiliary mouth care.
