摘　　要：阐述了偏心旋转阀的作用原理及结构特点,给出了概念阀的简单定义,提出了偏心旋转式概念阀的设计构想、理念和研究发展方向。The paper introduces the operation principle and construction feature of Rotary Control Valves. In the paper, the author defines a noun of “conception valve” for the first time, give a definition about “conception valve”, and give a definition about “conception valve” on that basis. Concept and design about “Conception rotary control valve” is discussed systematically in this paper, Finally, research tendencies about “Conception rotary control valve” in this field are introduced simply.
