摘　　要：数控铣削加工螺纹是三轴联动数控系统发展以来螺纹加工的一种新工艺,它不同与传统螺纹加工方法,有着高精度、高效率、高柔性等优点;宏程序是数控系统的一种扩展功能,是由用户编写的专用程序。简捷、通用的宏程序可以控制数控铣床加工出高质量的具有相似性的螺纹。NC-contmlled milling is a new process of machining thread since the 3-Axis NC system appeared, different from the tradition, this method has a lot of advantages such as high accuracy, high efficiency and high flexibility, etc. Macroprogram is a extended function of NC system, which contains special program belonging to users. The simple and universal macropmgram can controls the NC milling machine good threads who are similar.
