摘　　要：目的从腹泻病患者粪便中筛检肠道致病菌。方法用常规细菌培养方法进行病原学分离和血清学试验,并结合生化试验进行结果判定,同时用改良的K-B法进行药敏试验。结果自患者粪便中检出的该致病菌的生化反应均符合沙门菌属的生化特性。其抗原结构也与苏贝鲁血清型相吻合。结论该病人症状典型,具有食用可疑食物史。Objective To identify the enteric pathogens from the stool of diarrheal patients. Methods Routine culture, isolation and serological tests were carried out by combining with biochemical tests, and drug sensitive test was conducted with modified K - B method. Results The biochemical characteristics of the strain accord with that of Salmonella and the antigenic structure belongs to Serotype Suberu. Conclusions The patient has typical clinical features and suspected food history.
