摘　　要：安钢第二炼轧厂150 t钢包烘烤质量、周转状况、底吹合格率和钢包自开率等关键指标对保障整个炼钢区生产顺行有着极其重要的作用。为此从不同方面展开关于钢包的使用管理研究,采取多种有效措施,基本保证了钢包红包周转,钢包自开率提高到98.3%以上,底吹合格率提高到99.8%以上,有效的保障了炼钢区的生产顺行。For the NO. 2 malcing and steel rolling plant 150t steel - ladle of Anyang Steel, backing quality,liquidity situation, passing rate and automatic opening rate are very important. These key indicators can protect the entire steel - making smooth progress of the production areas. Therefore we carry out on the management studying of steel - ladle using from the different of aspects. By adopting a variety of effective measures, we can ensure that the hot steel package is flowing on the normal state. The automatic opening rate is improved more than 98.3%, passing rates are improved more than 99.8%. These measures efficiently protect the smooth production of the steel - making district.
