摘  要:采用Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(冰乙酸调pH=3.0),梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长254 nm,建立了高良姜HPLC指纹图谱分析方法.确定了12个不同产地高良姜药材乙醇提取部分13个共有峰,各产地药材指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均大于0.9,可以用来作定性研究.To set up the HPLC fingerprints of rhizoma alpiniae officinarum. The HPLC separation was performed on a Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 (m) analytical column gradient eluted with methanol- acetonitrile-water (adjust to pH 3.0 with acetic acid) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was at 254 nm. 13 common peaks were found in the fingerprints of 12 batches rhizoma alpiniae officinarum, and good similarities with correlation coeffi- cients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the herbs from different sources and the standard chromatographic fingerprint, which can be utilized for the identification of rhizoma alpiniae officinarum. The method is accurate and reproducible, providing a new reference for quality control of rhizoma alpiniae officinarum.
