县域经济发展水平评价及分析建议——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：针对县(区)域经济发展水平的评价问题,研究了其评价指标体系及相应的评价模型.从经济实力、富裕程度、发展速度三方面建立了县(区)域经济发展水平的评价体系;基于层次分析法和灰色关联度法,建立了县(区)域经济发展水平的多层次灰色评价模型,并对重庆市40个县(区)域的经济发展水平进行了综合评价.最后,在评价的基础上给出了更快更好的发展重庆县(区)域经济的几点对策和建议.To construct the evaluation index system and corresponding model of county economy, from the aspects of economic strength wealth and development speed factor, a county economy lever indexes system is presented. An evaluative model named the multi-level grey synthesis judgment model is established based on the analytic hierarchy process and the grey related analysis method. The model is applied to evaluate the county economy level of 40 cities in Chongqing. Some suggestions are given to enhance the county economy level of Chongqing County.
