河北省成年居民血脂异常特点分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省成年居民血脂异常特点。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,通过问卷调查、体格测量、血样检测等,调查分析2004年河北省20个区(县)18～69岁城乡居民的血脂异常特点及其影响因素。结果共调查4020名成年居民,其血脂异常率达43.90%,以高甘油三酯(TG)血症为主要类型(30.88%)。城市血脂异常率(49.29%)高于农村(41.60%)(P<0.01);45岁以前男性高于女性,而45岁以后女性高于男性(均P<0.05);居民的血脂异常率随着年龄的增长而升高(P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄大、年均收入高、吸烟、超重、肥胖、向心性肥胖、高收缩压、高血糖是血脂异常的危险因素(OR值分别为1.022、1.105、1.290、2.128、3.652、1.610、1.006、1.470)。结论河北省成年居民的血脂异常以高甘油三酯为主,中老年人群是重点防治人群。应有针对性地提倡平衡膳食和健康的生活方式,预防血脂异常。Objective To analyze the characteristics of dyslipidemia among adult residents in Hebei Province. Methods A total of 4 200 residents aged 18 - 69 years old were selected by multistage stratified random sampling method from 20 districts （counties） in Hebei Province in 2004 to conduct questionnaire survey and physical examination. Results The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 43.90% in 4 020 residents. The dyslipidemia was characterized by hypertriglyceridemia （ high TG, 30.88% ）. The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was higher in urban area （49.29%） than that in rural area （41.60%） （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; higher in male than that in female under age of 44 years old （ P 〈0.01 ）, but higher in female than that in male over age of 45 years old （ P 〈0.01 ）. The rate was increase with age （ P 〈0.01 ）. Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated the age -group, yearly average income, smoking, overweight, fat, central obesity, systolic pressure and hyperglycemia were the major risk factors of dyslipidemia （ ORvalues were 1.022, 1. 105, 1.290,2. 128,3.652,1.610,1.006,1.470）. Conclusion The dyslipidemia was characterized by TG, and the middle - aged and senile people are the key target population for prevention and treatment in Hehei Province.
