水压柱塞泵柱塞配流结构的发展与研究

摘　　要：讨论了端面配流水压泵、阀式配流水压泵结构特点以及应用情况,对国内外的研究成果进行综合分析,在此基础上,提出了柱塞配流这种新型配流方式的水压泵,并从其结构入手,着重研究了柱塞配流泵工作原理的可行性,指出该泵在理论上重点研究的方向。该泵具备端面配流和阀配流泵的优点,同时又避免了两者的缺陷,其应用前景十分看好。A new type of water pump with piston plate is presented. Starting with the structure, the paper mainly studies working principle of this pump, points out challenges for future development. The paper anticipates this type of pump will find a wider application because it integrates advantages of conventional water pump with both port plate and valve plate, and at the same time avoids their drawbacks.
