摘　　要：对企业战略联盟技术创新活动进行了分析,得出联盟体系信息平台应具有的功能,讨论了联盟组成结构及联盟角色间的关系,给出了信息平台基本网络结构,进而讨论了分布式数据库的设计思想和数据库体系结构,并结合框架探讨了分布式数据库的数据分布、数据分片、数据同步等主要技术问题。This paper analyzes the technical innovation activities of enterprise strategic alliance, finds out the main functions of information platform of alliance system, discusses the relation between alliance constituent structure and their roles, provides basic network structure of information platform, and further discusses the design ideas and systematic structure of distributive database. It also analyzes such main techniques as data distrbution, data burst and data synchronization of distributive database based on frame.
