滴流床中液相传质系数的研究

摘　　要：通过对滴流床中不同填料在Ｏ２－Ｎ２－Ｈ２Ｏ系统中传质实验的研究，得出了液相传质系数与能量耗散的关联式；同时对喷淋密度对全塔压降的影响作了初步探讨，找出了连续气相流即滴流与脉冲流状态的临界点．In this paper,the correlation formula of liquid-phase mass transfer coefficient and energy dissipation is obtained by the research of mass transfer experiment of different packings on the O 2-N 2-H 2O system in dripping bed of packings,the influence of jetting density to pressure drop of the total tower is explored and the critical point of the dripping flow and pulse flow is found.
