摘　　要：中韩两国自1992年建交以来,双边贸易取得了长足的发展。在贸易额迅速扩大、贸易结构不断优化的同时,中方对韩方的贸易逆差也呈逐年扩大之势。中方巨额的贸易逆差不利于中韩贸易的长期和平衡发展,应认真分析中韩贸易失衡的原因并制定相应的对策,以促进中韩贸易健康发展。Since China and Korea established diplomatic relations, Sino - Korean trade has been developing rapidly and the structure has been optimized continuously.
