硅光探测器紫外量子增益谱

摘　　要：对硅光探测器在紫外光波段的量子增益过程进行了分析，考虑到碰撞粒子的相对运动及终态的态密度分布，计算了增益谱．制作了紫外性能良好的硅光电二极管，测量了紫外光谱响应．对实验测量与理论计算进行了比较。The process of the quantum gain of the silicon photodetector in the ultraviolet has been analysed.We considered the relative motion of two impact electrons and the distribution of the final states of them.The spectrum of the quantum gain in the ultraviolet was calculated. We made the photodiode with better character in the ultraviolet and measured the quantum gain of it.The results of the measurment are as consistent with of the calculations.
